These terms govern your use of avelunec.com and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds pages, which form part of these terms.
1. Who you are dealing with
This website is operated by VESTA FULFILLMENT LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Colorado, United States, trading as Avelunec.
Registered address: 1500 N Grant St Ste N, Denver, CO 80203, United States. This address is administrative only and is not open to the public.

2. Who may order
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You must provide accurate billing and delivery information. We only deliver to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.
3. Products and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can, using information from the suppliers who make them and from the product photography. Colours can appear differently from one screen to another. Where we do not have confirmed information about a product — fabric composition, for example — we leave it out rather than estimate it.
We do not claim any affiliation with, or endorsement by, any third-party brand.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars and include any applicable import duty. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
We may correct pricing errors. If a price is wrong on an order we have already accepted, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of paying the corrected price or cancelling for a full refund.
5. When a contract is formed
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you receive the order confirmation email. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to the address given, or if we suspect fraud — and will refund you in full if we do.
6. Delivery and risk
Delivery timeframes are estimates based on our normal operation and are stated in business days. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Returns
Your return rights are set out in full on the Returns & Refunds page: 30 days from delivery, free return label, no restocking fee. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory right you have that cannot be limited.
8. Intellectual property
The Avelunec name, logo and the text on this site belong to VESTA FULFILLMENT LLC. You may not copy them for commercial use without written permission.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it at scale, or to submit content that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Privacy
How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer protection right available to you where you live.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day you place your order, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
