How ordering works
Your jacket comes from overseas. Here is the honest timeline.
We are online only — no store, no showroom, no warehouse of our own. Partner suppliers in China hold the stock and dispatch your order, which is why delivery takes weeks rather than days. We would rather tell you now than after you have paid. We deliver to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.
3 to 5 business days to process
Your order is picked and packed at the partner warehouse. Orders placed before 6:00 PM MT on a weekday start the same day.
8 to 12 business days in transit
It travels to the United States, clears customs with the import duty already paid, then goes to USPS or FedEx for the last mile. Total: 11 to 17 business days.
30 days to change your mind
Returns are received inside the US, in Chino, California. Email us and we send a prepaid label. No restocking fee.
Getting the size right
Measure a jacket you own, not yourself.
Outerwear has to fit over whatever is already on. A tape measure around your chest will not tell you that. Lay a jacket you like flat and measure armpit to armpit, shoulder to shoulder, and collar to hem. Those numbers are your real size.
Then check how the style is cut, because ours are not all cut the same way.

$7.95 flat, free once your total after discounts reaches $60. We deliver to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. — not Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other territories or APO, FPO and DPO addresses.
Returns cost you nothing
You have 30 days from the day it arrives. We email a prepaid label, there is no restocking fee, and the refund is issued 5 to 7 business days after the warehouse receives your parcel.
